Cliff Baker, Managing Partner
Cliff Baker is an industry leader in healthcare information technology, privacy and security, and has over 20 years of industry experience. In his dedication to the industry and passion to tackle many of its most challenging risks, Cliff has created solutions that are leveraged and used by organizations across the nation. He is the founder and CEO of two successful companies that provide information protection services to healthcare organizations including many of the nation's leading provider, payer and business associate organizations. Cliff also led the creation the HITRUST framework, which is the most broadly adopted healthcare security and privacy framework in the industry. Cliff started his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers where he established and lead the firm's first dedicated healthcare care security practice. He is a published author on database security and various whitepapers and is a frequent speaker at compliance related conferences.
Selwyn Sturisky, Partner
Selwyn Sturisky Ph.D. is an experienced healthcare IT professional with 20 years of success in driving business value for his clients through Information Technology solutions. Previously, Dr. Sturisky held leadership positions at Deloitte and PricewaterhouseCoopers where he advised hospitals in areas such as HIPAA security, privacy and compliance, as well as IT strategy, governance and planning. Prior to joining Meditology Dr. Sturisky was the IT operational leader at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta, one of the largest pediatric hospital systems in the country. In this capacity, he oversaw all aspects of day-to-day IT operations, including application development, system design, architecture and application maintenance and support
Brian Selfridge, Partner

Brian is an experienced healthcare information security leader with roots in “big four” security consulting, having previously worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers’ healthcare security practice. At PwC, Brian advised organizations on the development and execution of information security programs and specialized in identity and access management, IT strategy, web and application security, electronic health records security, and health information exchange services. Prior to joining Meditology, Brian served as the CISO for an industry-leading healthcare provider where he developed and implemented a strategic plan to safeguard the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of patient health information and systems. Brian holds a CISSP certification and is also certified by the NSA in information systems security and information assurance.
Brian Fletcher, Partner

Brian has 20 years of process redesign and information technology experience, with the past 15 years focused exclusively on health care IT transformation. Prior to joining Meditology, Brian held senior-level positions with the health care practices of Ernst &Young and Deloitte Consulting. Throughout his career he has served a number of health care clients with their IT endeavors, including clinical and revenue cycle information systems implementations, strategic planning and system selections as well as interim IT management. Mr. Fletcher is adept at leading large-scale program management initiatives that require a strong mix of strategic planning, communication, structure, and tactical execution. His software experience spans most major HIS vendors, including Epic, Allscripts, GE and Siemens.
Nadia Fahim-Koster, Managing Director

Nadia is an experienced information Privacy and Security leader, bringing over 14 years of directly relevant, operational experience in healthcare privacy and security to her clients. Prior to joining Meditology, Nadia served for almost six years as the CISO at Piedmont Healthcare, one of Atlanta’s premier health systems and as Chief Privacy Officer in her last year with Piedmont. Prior to that, she led the Information Security and Privacy department at Gwinnett Health System, a large regional provider. She has deep experience in the development, implementation, and operation of a corporate information privacy and security compliance programs, including identifying and addressing all applicable regulatory requirements, including HIPAA, HITECH, and PCI, and identifying and integrating privacy and security best practices.
Tyrone Jeffress, Director

Tyrone is an experienced consultant who advises his covered entity and business associate clients on cybersecurity, privacy and compliance matters. His expertise includes HIPAA security risk assessments, HITRUST certification, SOC 2 certification, security governance and strategic planning, vendor risk management and cloud security best practices.
Tyrone has in-depth knowledge of security industry standards such as NIST, ISO 27001, ISO 27002, HITRUST CSF and the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). He is a technical leader in Meditology’s IT Risk Management practice and has led penetration assessments, network vulnerability scans, medical device assessments and firewall configuration reviews. His clients include multi-facility health systems, health insurance payers, and business associate organizations of all sizes and complexities.
Erin Carey, Director

Erin Carey is an experienced healthcare professional, most recently the Director of Health Informatics at Kaiser Permanente, the nation’s largest integrated managed care organization. Erin has over 18 years of experience in working across all areas of healthcare organizations and with clinicians on successfully identifying, designing, and executing comprehensive technology solutions. Erin also has an extensive background in leading clinical optimizations and innovation programs, revenue cycle, population health, quality process improvement, telehealth, interoperability, business intelligence, data warehousing, and finance initiatives. She is a sought after speaker at national conventions with deep understanding of how technology is applied to transform care delivery.

Kaye Gibson is the Director of Marketing for Meditology Services, where she has daily oversight of the firm’s website, brand awareness, social media, and thought leadership content distribution. With more than a decade of marketing experience, Kaye specializes in marketing strategy, corporate communication, and branding. She has worked in the corporate, private and non-profit sectors in several areas of marketing, event planning and business development. Prior to Meditology, Kaye worked in marketing and event management positions for companies ranging from a private technology start-up to a “Big Four” Accounting firm, serving in both staff and managerial roles.
