Cliff Baker, Managing Partner
Cliff Baker is an industry leader in healthcare information technology, privacy and security, and has over 20 years of industry experience. In his dedication to the industry and passion to tackle many of its most challenging risks, Cliff has created solutions that are leveraged and used by organizations across the nation. He is the founder and CEO of two successful companies that provide information protection services to healthcare organizations including many of the nation's leading provider, payer and business associate organizations. Cliff also led the creation of the HITRUST framework, which is the most broadly adopted healthcare security and privacy framework in the industry. Cliff started his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers where he established and lead the firm's first dedicated healthcare security practice. He is a published author on database security and various whitepapers and is a frequent speaker at compliance related conferences.
Selwyn Sturisky, Ph. D., Partner
Selwyn Sturisky Ph.D. is an experienced healthcare IT professional with 20 years of success in driving business value for his clients through Information Technology solutions. Previously, Dr. Sturisky held leadership positions at Deloitte and PricewaterhouseCoopers where he advised hospitals in areas such as HIPAA security, privacy and compliance, as well as IT strategy, governance and planning. Prior to joining Meditology Dr. Sturisky was the IT operational leader at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta, one of the largest pediatric hospital systems in the country. In this capacity, he oversaw all aspects of day-to-day IT operations, including application development, system design, architecture and application maintenance and support

Brian leads Meditology’s IT Risk Management practice and has advised hundreds of healthcare organizations across the country. Prior to Meditology, Brian was the CISO of AtlantiCare, a large integrated healthcare provider located in New Jersey. Brian is based in Philadelphia and has over 15 years of experience in healthcare security and privacy, with a deep understanding of the requirements and constraints for executing an operational information security program. He is a frequent presenter and expert speaker on an array of healthcare security topics, including: ethical hacking, medical device security, vendor security risk management and strategic considerations for information security risk management and compliance. As an industry-thought leader he advises several federal agencies including: OCR, HHS, and ONC. Brian’s combination of both consulting experience with hands-on operational security leadership sets him apart as one of the healthcare industry’s leading experts on data risk management and compliance strategies.
Brian Fletcher, Partner

Brian has 20 years of process redesign and information technology experience, with the past 15 years focused exclusively on health care IT transformation. Prior to joining Meditology, Brian held senior-level positions with the health care practices of Ernst &Young and Deloitte Consulting. Throughout his career he has served a number of health care clients with their IT endeavors, including clinical and revenue cycle information systems implementations, strategic planning and system selections as well as interim IT management. Brian is adept at leading large-scale program management initiatives that require a strong mix of strategic planning, communication, structure, and tactical execution. His software experience spans most major HIS vendors, including Epic, Allscripts, GE and Siemens.
Nadia Fahim-Koster, Managing Director

Nadia Fahim-Koster is an industry thought-leader and expert in managing healthcare privacy and security programs. She draws upon more than 15 years of operational experience as a former CISO and Information Security Officer with two large regional hospital/physician networks in the Atlanta-market. She is a Managing Director in Meditology Services’ IT Risk Management Practice and spearheads the firm’s privacy and security projects.
