Meditology Announces Promotion of Ryan Freeman-Jones to Partner

August 10, 2021 - ATLANTA, GA - Meditology Services LLC, a top-ranked healthcare cybersecurity and privacy consulting company, named healthcare cybersecurity veteran Ryan Freeman-Jones as a Partner in the firm.

As Partner, Ryan is responsible for the delivery of Meditology’s industry-leading cybersecurity advisory practice servicing a broad portfolio of healthcare clients across the country. He manages the organization’s national team of sought-after healthcare security professionals and specializes in technical and regulatory services including HITRUST certifications, security risk assessments, PCI-DSS compliance, and cloud security.

Based in San Diego, Ryan leads Meditology’s West Coast team and practice that services healthcare providers, payers, and business associates operating on the Pacific coast and continental western states.

Ryan joined Meditology in 2015 and has prior experience in multiple industry leadership roles including serving as a HIPAA Privacy and Security Officer at CoCENTRIX and running several IT and security consulting organizations. Ryan previously served as a professor of IT Risk Management at Valparaiso University and was the one of the chief architects of their M.S. in Cyber Security Program.
